FROM OUR CEO:

In 2023, I found myself frustrated by the player development industry. As a private sector coach, I felt that too much emphasis was being placed on things that didn’t actually drive winning baseball games. That frustration led me to ask a simple question to my friend and future business partner, Zach Camp: What if the private sector worked directly with coaches, instead?

From that moment, Zach and I agreed to build something different—a data analytics company focused less on flashy velocity drills and more on implementing strategies that win at every level of the game. Out of that vision, Paradigm was born, and with it, our mission: Paradigm arms organizations with information that drives winning. From the start, our purpose has been clear: to strip away distractions and deliver clarity, giving coaches and players tools that truly impact performance.

When we first shared this idea with the baseball community, the response was overwhelming. Within just six months of going public, our team grew quickly. Reports that began as hand-drawn pages became fully developed, scalable systems—trusted by everyone from small private facilities with a handful of athletes, to SEC programs, and even MLB organizations. We succeeded because we refused to ignore what most tech companies were missing: the human factor.

Now, in 2025, Paradigm’s reach extends across the United States. We’re proud to serve organizations at every level of baseball, delivering advanced, practical, and simple player development solutions. Every client is paired with a dedicated team of analysts who don’t just provide professional reports—they work side by side with coaching staff to make informed, calculated decisions. We’ve also put enormous effort into quality control, rebuilding common metrics from the ground up to ensure our algorithms scale effectively from high school, to the college game, and up through the pros.
